As he fell,
Loki turned toward the dark abyss that was so full of color as well. He drew nearer to the almost destroyed Jotunheim. In retrospect, if there was time for that, this wasn’t his best idea, but it was the right one. He closed his eyes, his thoughts and prayers with his mother, brother, and…
The errand girl for some reason.
He had never learned her name; she was a gift from Midgard after an act of courage when he had chased after Idunn’s Apples after they had been stolen from Asgard. At five years of age, she had come for the first time into his grand quarters, well aware of her duty and eager to serve. But she was too wild and had far too much energy to stand still and straight for the long hours the service required. He had taken it upon himself to calm her down at such a young age. It had taken much time and effort, but by the age of ten, she was good little errand girl who always fetched the right things and did as she was told.
He remembered her huge bright (e/c) eyes the first day that she had come in and her short hair (she had short hair when she was young because it was a symbol of service for children) framing her face adorably. Every time there was something that needed to be fixed about his appearance like the other day was fixed, but he always wished that she would give her own opinion instead of what was considered polite and required of a servant to say.
He often had wondered what she did in her spare time. Did she play with the other children? Did she help the other servants? Help the kitchen staff? Help his mother’s hand maidens? He supposed that that was what she would be doing now. She had grown into a fine young lady of 15 years.
And he had no idea what her name was.
After you had known a person, seen them every single day for ten hours a day for ten years of your life, you would honestly think you would have learned their name. But he hadn’t. He had been too wrapped up in other things and sending her out on errands or to fetch something. He recalled that one night a couple years ago that he had been grounded by Odin he had asked her to bring him a stack of his favorite books. He had fallen asleep before she answered him.
He awoke the next morning to indeed a stack of his favorite books, from all over the library, several from some of the servant’s quarters, set on his desk in alphabetical order from top to bottom. On the side was a note in scroll black pen that said “As you wish” on the side. He hadn’t thought of it then and supposed that it had been his mother’s doing, getting all those books, after all one would need magic to fetch all of them easily.
Or tenacity. It wasn’t until just now that he realized his grave mistakes. She had been the one to collect all those books. She would have been up all night hunting them down for him. He knew she knew how to write well, but she could not read, so she must have gotten some help from someone at around 2 a.m.
A tear dripped slowly from his eye. It was such disrespect. “I’m sorry. Please forgive me,” he whispered to nothing. A picture of her smiling back at him, grown now, faced him. It was replaced by what he had seen the other night. She had reached out to help him when he needed it most, but he had dismissed her, never to see her face again. She had replied calmly and obediently, bowing and leaving.
The person who seemed to care most, he had shoved away so harshly.

Loki's Girl (Loki x Reader)
He was a cruel man, even to you. You were just one of his possessions he found in Midgard. But there was something he treasured even more than you.
You could hear laughter and you followed it outside in to the courtyard. It was a hot summer’s day and the ocean was right in your own backyard. The smell of the salty sea surrounded you.
Down at the shore you saw them running along the water. The dress you had put on your little girl was clearly now drenched but you didn't mind. It was a rare occasion when you saw him so happy and playing with her.
You turned to the maid who followed you around, her face filled with terror as she watch

Human - Loki x Reader
You were lying on the grass, your head resting on Loki's laps while he was playing with your beautiful (h/l) (h/c) with his long and graceful fingers. PART 1
"Brother, Father has demanded one thing of you. You do this and he will forgive your sins." Thor implored with Loki. His dark-haired sibling stared at him with a look of disdain. He had been locked up these past few years in Asgardian royal prison, yet still, the thought of what he had been requested to do wa

Now, this story won't be a MASSIVE 72 chapters, but I think it may end up being one of my longest stories as the story will again do a time skip and you'll somehow become 23 and fitting in just fine on Midgard. Oh and you have a cat named Jasper. This chapter is told from Loki's P.O.V, so just letting you know. Looks like I might end up getting Destiny at some point (the new video game). Watevr.
